In this case, the CBI has submitted the report of the investigation so far in the NEET paper leak case to the court. At the same time, the Central Government and NTA have also filed an affidavit in the court and said that the exam should not be conducted again.

During the hearing today, CJI DY Chandrachud said that the case will be heard on Monday next week. On this, the SG said that he was not here on Monday and Tuesday. Then the CJI said okay, now the case will be heard on Thursday (July 18). Along with this, the court also took the affidavits of the Center and NTA on record. The CJI also directed the petitioners to file their reply.

The important thing is that the National Testing Agency (NTA) has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court. NTA said in an affidavit that strict security procedures are followed to prepare the papers of competitive examinations. Papers are prepared in the presence of many subject experts. These are kept in sealed envelopes. Printing is done under CCTV surveillance. Papers are sent to the examination centers with tight security and GPS tracker and digital lock.
