Makki Na Dhokla, Sweet Corn Dhokla Recipe: Everyone likes dhokla. Dhokla is made in many different ways in different styles. Today I will tell you the recipe of making maize dhokla here.
- Ingredients for Making Corn Husk
- a bowl of rice
- Half cup curd.
- green corn
- Salt
- Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Coriander
- How to make Maize Dhokla
- – Take rava in a pan. Add curd to it. Mix both well. Add one cup water to it. Then cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.
- – Now in a mixer jar, add corn kernels, a piece of ginger, green chilies, five garlic cloves and grind them till they become crispy.
- Mix this paste in the batter and then add half a bowl of raw corn kernels to it. Add salt as per taste and mix.
- – Then add turmeric, oil, lemon juice and water and mix. Add chopped coriander.
- Put water in the dhokli and put it on the gas, apply oil on the dhokla plate, spread the batter on it. Sprinkle red chilli powder on top.
- – Then boil this batter for 15 minutes. – Then let the plate cool down.
- – Then heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, white sesame seeds. – Then put it in the dhokla plate. And break the dhokla with the help of a spatula. So corn dhokla is ready.
