If a child gets a fever of more than 102 degrees Fahrenheit with symptoms of dehydration, consult a doctor immediately. Also, if there is blood or pus in the stool, seek medical treatment immediately. If there are symptoms of diarrhea in children, doctors recommend treatment in the following ways-

Safe Home Remedies to Treat Diarrhea

Giving fennel water to the child also cures the problem of diarrhea. Boil fennel in water. Then cool this water and give it to the child.
