So far, the donation amount in Sanwaliyaji temple has been calculated to be around 15 crores

Chittorgarh, July 9 (HS). Nearly 15 crores of offerings have been counted so far from the treasury opened on last Chaturdashi in the famous Krishnadham Shri Sanwaliyaji temple located in Mandfiya town of the district. In the third phase, offerings worth 2.75 crores have been counted. In the coming days, the counting of this offering amount will be completed in one or two phases.

According to the information, the storehouse of Lord Shri Sanwalia Seth was opened on Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi, the first day of the two-day monthly fair. On Chaturdashi, in the first phase of counting, an amount of Rs 07 crore 70 lakh 41 thousand was received from the storehouse. After the first phase of counting, the second phase of counting was done on Monday. In this, an amount of Rs 04 crore 35 lakh 40 thousand was received. The remaining amount from the second phase of counting was also calculated on Tuesday. On Tuesday, in the third phase of counting, an amount of Rs 02 crore 78 lakh 60 thousand was received from the storehouse. After counting in all three phases, a total amount of Rs 14 crore 84 lakh 41 thousand has been received from the storehouse of Shri Sanwalia Seth so far this month. Even after the third phase of counting, the counting could not be completed. The remaining amount from the third phase of counting will be calculated on Wednesday.

During the counting on Tuesday, Shri Sanwaliyaji Mandir Mandal Board Chairman Bhairulal Gurjar, members Sanjay Kumar Mandowara, Mamtesh Sharma, Ashok Kumar Sharma, Shambhu Suthar, Shrilal Kulmi, Bhairulal Soni, Naib Tehsildar and Mandir Mandal Administrative Officer First Ghanshyam Jarwal, Security Incharge Gulab Singh, Assistant Security Incharge Harlal Gurjar along with the employees of Mandir Mandal and regional banks were present. Also, the weighing of gold and silver obtained from Thakurji's treasury is yet to be done.
