Rahul Dravid's tenure as Team India head coach came to an end after the conclusion of the final match of the T20 World Cup 2024, where India defeated South Africa by seven runs to win the coveted trophy after 17 years.
Jay Shah wrote on his official X account that under Dravid's guidance, India emerged as a major force in all three formats of cricket. Shah wrote on X, “I express my heartfelt gratitude to Rahul Dravid, whose extremely successful tenure as head coach has come to an end.
