In the firing case at Salman Khan's house, the police presented a charge sheet of 1,735 pages in the court

Mumbai, 09 July (HS). Mumbai has presented a charge sheet of 1735 pages in the special court in the firing case at the residence of film actor Salman Khan. Testimony of 46 witnesses and copy of 22 panchnamas have been presented to the court in this charge sheet. It has been told in the charge sheet that this firing was done with the intention of extorting ransom by intimidating Salman Khan.

It is noteworthy that firing was done at Salman Khan's Bandra house Galaxy in the early hours of 14 April. The accused in this incident were arrested by the police. At that time, the Bishnoi gang had taken responsibility for this firing, which caused panic among the people. Therefore, the Bishnoi gang has also been mentioned in the charge sheet.

The chargesheet includes the testimony of 46 witnesses as well as several documents and statements of the accused recorded by the magistrate under Section 164 of the CrPC. The chargesheet also includes the confessional statements of the accused under the MOCCA Act, 22 panchanamas and other documents. In the chargesheet, the police have told the court that out of the 6 accused in the case, 3 have been arrested and 3 accused have been declared absconding.

The police have presented strong digital evidence in the court to prove Bishnoi's involvement in the case. This includes a three to five minute recording of the conversation between Anmol Bishnoi and the arrested accused, which matched the voice pattern of Anmol Bishnoi during forensic analysis.

The statement of film actor Salman Khan has also been presented in the charge sheet. Salman Khan also said in his statement to Mumbai Police that this was an attempt to extort money. Salman also said in his statement to Mumbai Police, “Due to the activities of the Bishnoi gang, I and my family are living in an atmosphere of fear.”
