Defending champion Alcaraz continued his campaign with a comfortable 6-3, 6-4, 1-6, 7-5 win over 16th seed Hugo Humbert. Paul defeated Roberto Bautista Agut 6-2, 7-6 (7-2), 6-2. Medvedev also reached the quarterfinals after Grigor Dimitrov withdrew from the match due to a foot injury during the first set. In women's singles, Jasmine Paolini reached the quarterfinals after Madison Kiss withdrew due to injury and will face Emma Navarro, who defeated defending champion Coco Gauff of the United States 6-4, 6-3. Qualifier Lulu Sun also reached the last-eight and will face Donna Vekic next.
