Ranchi, July 8 (HS). After proving majority and expanding the cabinet, Chief Minister Hemant Soren made two consecutive tweets on Monday. Through both the tweets, he has taken a dig at the BJP. He has said that if the BJP had used the same amount of energy in the last two and a half years to topple the elected Jharkhand government for the welfare of Jharkhand, then their numbers in the Lok Sabha would not have declined.
BJP thinks that they will be able to buy and loot the people's mandate like in other states by misusing agencies, their money power and cunning tactics – but they forget that we are Jharkhandis – we never bowed down before the British, so we will never bow down before today's British dictator. Neither Jharkhand has bowed down, nor will Jharkhandis bow down.
In his second tweet, the Chief Minister wrote that the BJP hatched every conspiracy to keep me away from the Assembly. They thought they would suppress my voice by filing false cases against me and sending me to jail, but they forgot that the soul of democracy is the voice of the people, every dictator will lose in trying to suppress it. The Chief Minister also wrote that we will stand against injustice, will protect democracy. We will not be afraid of fear and oppression, we will fight for justice and equality.
