Jaggery – 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves – 15 to 20
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Ginger- A small piece of rock salt-
Half teaspoon
Ice cubes – 8 to 10
How to make Mint and Jaggery Sharbat
Mint and jaggery syrup is beneficial for the body. Drinking it provides relief from many problems. This syrup is easy to make. To make mint-jaggery syrup, first take jaggery. – Then add mint leaves to it. Add 2 glasses of water in a vessel and mix it.
– Then add mint, ginger pieces, lemon juice and jaggery water in the mixer. Add salt as per your taste. After adding all this, blend it.
Then filter it in a vessel. – Then add ice cubes and leave it like this for 5 minutes. After this you can mix it and drink it. Add a little rock salt on top.
