After Surat, a building collapsed in Jharkhand too, 6 to 7 people feared trapped, rescue operation started

Devghar Commissioner Vishal Sagar said that a building collapse has occurred near Sita Hotel. Along with NDRF and Health Department teams, fire and police departments are also assisting in the rescue work. Ambulances have been sent to the spot.

6 to 7 people are feared trapped

According to the Deoghar Commissioner, 6 to 7 people are feared to be trapped under the debris. Local people have rescued two children safely. Godda MP Nishikant Dubey, Deoghar Superintendent of Police are also present on the spot. Nishikant Dubey wrote in a post that local people have rescued 3 people so far and NDRF has rescued 1 woman. Rescue work is going on, Deoghar AIIMS has provided treatment facilities for the injured.
