Rajya Sabha MP said, Jawaharlal Nehru had recognized two constitutions, two flags and two constitutions in Jammu and Kashmir under the pressure of Sheikh Abdullah
Rohtak, July 6 (HS). A program was organized on the birth anniversary of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee at the BJP Mangal Kamal office. On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP Ramchandra Jangda and other BJP officials paid floral tribute to the portrait of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. MP Jangda said that the thoughts and works of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee have provided important guidance to the country in the direction of national unity and development.
The thoughts of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee will always inspire us towards patriotism and dedication. He said that on this day, on 6th July 1901, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, a man of extraordinary talent, was born in the house of Ashutosh Mukherjee in Calcutta. At the age of 33, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee became the Vice Chancellor of Calcutta University. Then came a time when he became an MP and a minister. Jangda said that Pandit Nehru, under the pressure of Sheikh Abdullah, recognized a separate constitution in Kashmir and Articles 370 and 35A were accepted. A constitutional power separate from the Indian Constitution, the post of Prime Minister in Kashmir was given to Sheikh Abdullah. In protest against Nehru's decisions, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee resigned from the government and gave the country the slogan of 'Do Pradhan, Do Nishan, Do Vidhan Nahi Chalaega'.
After this, Shri Mukherjee founded Bharatiya Jansangh on 21 October 1951. Shyama Mukherjee was arrested for breaking the permit system in Jammu Kashmir valley and he died under suspicious circumstances on 30 June 1953. He called upon the workers to take inspiration from the life of Dr. Mukherjee and follow the path shown by him. On this occasion, BJP District President Ranveer Dhaka, State Media Co-incharge Shamsher Singh Kharak, State Secretary Renu Dabla, former Deputy Mayor Raj Kamal, Mahant Satish Das, Veer Singh Hooda, Tarun Sunny Sharma, Dharmendra Saini, Satbir Bharan, Amit Bansal were prominently present.
