Jagdalpur, July 5 (HS). A district level program was organized at the Krishi Mandi premises of Tokapal under the completeness campaign of the index of aspiring district-development block of Niti Aayog. The chief guest of the program, Chitrakot MLA Vinayak Goyal said that all the standards of the completeness campaign of the aspiring block have to be fulfilled with the participation of all.
All citizens should take advantage of the welfare schemes of the government, better health can be achieved through economic support and health facilities from the schemes run for women. Also, better agriculture production can be increased by taking advantage of the soil testing facility available for farmers. Take advantage of other schemes like Mahtari Vandan Yojana of the state government, purchase of paddy at support price. During this, 47 lakh 55 thousand has been sanctioned under the revolving fund to 317 self-help groups of aspiring block Tokapal. In the program, cheques were distributed to the members of three self-help groups. Also, Soil Health Card was distributed to the farmers by the Agriculture Department, Sickle Cell Card by the Health Department, Biopic Glasses and Ayushman Card, Tricycle to the Divyang child by the Social Welfare and Education Department, Nutrition Box by the Women and Child Development Department. The winners of the Rangoli competition in the schools of the aspiring block were also given prizes. In the program, the guests planted a sapling in the name of mother, a tree of the Forest Department.
In the program, Collector Vijay Dayaram said that the government had started the Aspirational Scheme to ensure the rapid development of relatively backward and remote areas by operating it in districts and aspirational blocks. Tokapal block in Bastar district is one of the 20 aspirational blocks of the state, in which the concerned department is taking initiative to achieve the status of completeness in the indices set by the government. Various programs are being organized for three days under the Sampoornata Abhiyan. Everyone should follow the message given for health through the street play organized in the program. The program was addressed by former MLA Lachchuram Kashyap, CEO District Panchayat Prakash Sarve. District Panchayat members, District Panchayat President and members, district level officers, a large number of common people were present in the program.
It is known that the objective of the Sampurnata Abhiyan is to achieve saturation (100%) in the indicators selected in 112 aspiring districts and 500 aspiring blocks. The indicators are related to subjects like health, nutrition, agriculture, social development and education. The target has been set to complete the said indicators in the next three months (01 July to 30 September 2024). Under the Sampurnata Abhiyan, efforts will be made to make the indices 100%. Under the program set by the district administration, a rally was organized in all the Gram Panchayats by school children, Mitanin, self-help groups in the entire development blocks at the district and block level. Sampurnata Abhiyan Jyoti program will be organized on 06 July in Maa Danteshwari temple premises, along with this, information about the indices will be given through street plays and art troupes and prizes will be distributed.
