Jaipur, July 4 (HS). The 5th edition of Sanduro MTB Challenge is being organized from July 6 in collaboration with Rajasthan Tourism Department and cycling partner Firefox Bikes. Incredible India, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India has made a significant contribution in this program. This event was started in 2019. The main objective of this event is to promote the art and culture of Rajasthan and encourage eco-tourism activities in the Aravalli mountain range.
IFS officer KC Meena said that this is a two-day event, in which on the first day, on July 6, there will be a heritage ride presented by Incredible India, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. This ride will start from RTDC Hotel Khasa Kothi and will go to Amer Fort via the historical sites of Jaipur. The purpose of this ride is to showcase the rich heritage and culture of Jaipur. The ride will end at Khasa Kothi. Where all the participants will be given snacks and T-shirts.
On the second day, 7th July, Race Day will be organized. This race will start from Guni of The Bagh Ghat and will go to the hills of Sumail. This will be a challenging and exciting race, in which the participants will get a chance to showcase their cycling abilities. The race will end at Vidyadhar Ka Bagh. The winners will be given bicycles as prizes by Direfox Bikes. Two hundred cyclists from all over the country are participating in this competition. The Department of Archeology and Museum is supporting this entire event. During this, IFS officer KC Meena, Satendra Singh of the core committee, Indu Gurjar, Trilok Kumar were present.
