Mumbai: Aamir Khan has been dropped from SS Rajamouli's new film, the maker of blockbusters like 'Bahubali' and 'RRR'. It is said that Prithviraj Sukumaran was offered the lead role instead.
The tentative title of this film is SSMB 29. Aamir Khan had several meetings with Rajamouli in Mumbai for this film. But, it did not match. Aamir Khan was interested in the negative role in this film. But it is said that Prithviraj Sukumar has replaced him. However, the film team is not ready to confirm anything about the casting.
The hero of the film is Mahesh Babu. Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj will be seen together on screen for the first time.
Aamir has been looking for a good action role for quite some time now. He even tried for 'Dhoom 4' but things didn't work out there either.
