Wake up with love in the morning
Many times parents get angry at their children when they refuse to wake up in the morning. You should not do this, always start the day with love. Wake up children especially with love. Doing this will help them start their day happily and in a positive way.
Switch off the AC or cooler
There is another way of waking up children, which is often adopted by parents. This means that you turn off the AC or cooler. Due to which the room will become warm in a short time. Due to which they will be forced to stay awake at night.
Get the kids to exercise
