How to make Daal Pakwan

step 1 –
First of all, add wheat flour, wheat crispy flour, ajwain, mint, ghee in a bowl and mix.

Step-2 –
Now, add some water to it and knead the dough and let it set for a few minutes.

Step-3
Now wash gram lentils in a bowl and add gram lentils, salt, turmeric, ghee in a pressure cooker and boil it.

Step-4
Now make dough balls and roll the pakwan like a roti and heat oil in a pan and fry the pakwan till it becomes crispy.

Step-5
Now open the pressure cooker and add some water to the dal, grind it with a masher and add the spices to the vagharia and the dal is ready, you can serve it.
