Hathras stampede: On Tuesday (2 July) in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras district, a stampede broke out among the people who had come to listen to the satsang, during which about 121 people lost their lives. Most of the dead are women. It is reported that 35 people have been injured in this accident, who are undergoing treatment.

After this incident, big revelations are being made about Bhole Baba. Former DGP of Uttar Pradesh Vikram Singh has revealed that there are already many cases registered against the Bhole Baba whose satsang his devotees used to attend. He is also accused of sexual harassment. The former DGP said that nowadays anyone comes as a Baba and people start considering him as an incarnation of Lord Narayan. This is very unfortunate. He said that six-seven criminal cases including sexual harassment are registered against this person.

Former DGP Vikram Singh said that about 2.5 lakh people had come to attend the satsang program but no arrangements were made in the pandal. It was a self-invited accident. He said that no arrangements were made in the program. There was no ambulance arrangement outside the pandal, no police arrangement, no fire extinguishers and basic medical facilities outside the pandal.

He further said who would be responsible for this incident. He said that there are already many cases registered against Bhole Baba, in whose satsang devotees used to come. These include cases of sexual harassment as well. He said that the local administration should take action against these miracle workers, this is a legal offense. Action should be taken against these sadhus under the Magical Treatment Act.

Let us tell you that Bhole Baba's satsang was held in Hathras, UP. More than 2.5 lakh people gathered in this satsang. It is believed that after the satsang was over, when Baba sat in his car and started going out of the gate, there was a stampede to see him. After this, the accident happened. The hall of the pandal was small and the gate was also thin due to which people were falling on each other.
