Amazing incident: Train runs without driver for 70 kilometers from JK's Kathua! Stopped on its own near Mukerian in remote Punjab

Hoshinyarpur (Punjab): A goods train parked near Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir suddenly started running towards Pathankot without a driver and that too at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The surprising thing is that as soon as the train suddenly started moving, it stopped on its own at a high bank near Mukerian.

However, no serious accidents occurred as messages were sent to immediately close all railway crossings on the route.

According to the information received about the incident, one of the two side engines of that goods train was closed but the other was running. The driver did not stop it and when the train was standing at Kathua station, the engine driver got down for some reason, suddenly the train started and started running at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour.

This created chaos at Kathua station. The level crossing was immediately closed, so no injuries were reported.

After this, investigation is being done as per rules as to why the train started moving suddenly and who is responsible for this incident.
