'Don't put pressure on the mandate in celebration of fake victory' PM Modi hits back at Rahul Gandhi, opposition creates ruckus in the House – News India Live

PM Modi said, do not suppress the mandate by celebrating a fake victory, try to understand and accept the mandate honestly. The PM attacked Rahul Gandhi without naming him and said, 'Yesterday there was a discussion on the intelligence of a child.' He said that a new drama has been played for sympathy.

A direct target on Rahul Gandhi

PM Modi said that today I want to draw the attention of the countrymen towards a serious issue. Whatever happened yesterday, crores of citizens of this country will not forgive it for centuries to come. 131 years ago Swami Vivekananda had said in Chicago that I am proud to come from a religion that has taught the whole world tolerance and universal acceptance. Vivekananda ji had said this in front of world leaders 131 years ago.

PM Modi said that look at the intelligence of this child, he used to make small toys of Rafale and blow them up, he used to make fun of the army. Congress opposes every reform that strengthens the army. Now Congress has realized that the energy of the youth is the biggest strength of the army. Lies are being spread about army recruitment to stop the youth of my country from joining the army. I want to know from the House that for whom does Congress want to weaken our army, for whose benefit are the people of Congress spreading so many lies about the army?

Rahul blamed the government

Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Monday took part in the debate and made several allegations against the government. He accused the BJP of spreading violence, hatred and fear in the country and claimed that 'these people are not Hindus'. To which the members of the ruling party strongly opposed and Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that calling the entire Hindu society violent is a very serious matter.

Participating in the debate on the motion of thanks on the President's address, Rahul Gandhi also said that a Hindu can never indulge in violence, can never spread hatred and fear.
