Seva Setu App and Mediation Center created on the initiative of Collector Ashish Singh will prove to be helpful for the applicants coming to Jan Sunwai to fulfill their needs and resolve their problems. Collector Ashish Singh on Tuesday directed to register many applications received in Jan Sunwai in Seva Setu App for assistance. On the other hand, he sent family related applications to the Mediation Center to resolve them through mutual reconciliation agreement.
It is noteworthy that on the initiative of Collector Ashish Singh, Seva Setu App has been created to help the needy. Donors and social workers of the city are connecting through this app. They are also directly helping the needy as per their need. Similarly, a mediation center has also been set up in the Collector's office to resolve family and other small disputes which can be resolved through mutual understanding. Both the above arrangements will be helpful for the needy by making public hearing effective.
Collector Ashish Singh heard the problems of many applicants in the public hearing on Tuesday and resolved them as far as possible. Problems that could not be resolved on the spot were sent to the officers of the concerned departments, setting a time limit for their resolution. On the instructions of the collector, even today, the problems of a large number of applicants were heard by the officers in their respective chambers and resolved. Similarly, the problems of the applicants were heard and resolved in the meeting hall of the Collector's office.
