After winning the T20 World Cup 2024 title, the Indian team is now on a tour of Zimbabwe. A team of young cricketers led by Shubnam Gill left for Zimbabwe this morning. The Indian team has to play a 5-match T20 series in Zimbabwe. Changes have been made in the Indian team for the first 2 matches of the series.

BCCI has included Sai Sudarshan, Jitesh Sharma and Harshit Rana in the squad for the first two T20 matches against Zimbabwe, replacing Sanju Samson, Shivam Dubey and Yashasvi Jaiswal. Sanju Samson, Shivam Dubey and Yashasvi Jaiswal are currently stranded in Barbados due to bad weather. Due to their inability to return to India, BCCI has included 3 new players in the squad in place of those three players.
