Bhopal, July 1 (HS). Cooperative and Sports Minister Vishwas Sarang said that if there is coordination between the listener and the speaker, it will be easier for people to get justice. He said that rights and duties are two sides of the same coin. Efforts should be made to discharge duties with complete honesty.
Minister Sarang was addressing the “Silver Jubilee” function of MP State Cooperative Authority, Bhopal at Apex Bank Coordination Bhawan, Bhopal on Monday. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a historic decision by entrusting the responsibility of making the slogan of “Prosperity through Cooperation” successful to Union Cooperative Minister Amit Shah. Today, positive results are being achieved.
Sarang said that our family is the best example of cooperation. The head earns a livelihood. Other members manage the activities of the family.
Chairman of Cooperative Tribunal Chandresh Khare and Member Arun Mathur appreciated the Chairman, Member Secretary, Advocates and office staff. Advocate General Prashant Singh said that the entry of Cooperative Tribunal in its silver jubilee is a historic occasion. The Central Government has amended the laws made during the British era to provide better security and speedy justice to the citizens of the country. Cooperation is deeply rooted in Indian culture. In India, air, water, land, forests and rivers have been worshipped since ancient times. This is the reason that even thousands of years ago, people from all over the world used to come to India to study.
He said that the Multi State Co-operative Act was implemented in India last year. The government of Madhya Pradesh is continuously working towards realising the Prime Minister's vision of self-reliant India.
Justice and Chairman, Armed Forces, New Delhi Rajendra Menon said that the concept of co-operation originated in Madhya Pradesh in the year 1904. In 1957, the first co-operative society in Madhya Pradesh was formed, Indian Coffee House Works Federation, whose turnover has reached about Rs 600 crore today. He said that the “Co-operative Tribunal” has been strengthened. He urged to implement the Mediation Act, 2023 and e-filing hybrid system of the Government of India in Madhya Pradesh as well, so that any advocate in any district can look at the information of any registered case online on the computer and can plead while staying in his district and the information of the case registered in any police station can also be seen online in any district and its resolution can be done. This will make justice available to the people quickly.
In the beginning, Silver Jubilee Souvenir-2024 was released by M.P. State Cooperative Federation. M.P. Tribunal Bar President Om Patidar and former President DK Saxena and the first President of Cooperative Tribunal M.R. Pandey also addressed the gathering. The program was conducted by Rani Raikwar and vote of thanks was given by Arun Mathur.
