Similarly, Amitabh Bachchan has also bought a flat worth seven crores in Borivali area. Abhishek Bachchan also bought six flats in the same building for Rs 15 crores.
For this ready-to-move flat, Aamir has to pay a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and apart from this he has paid Rs 30 thousand as registration fee. The area of this flat has been found to be 1027 square feet.
Aamir has some properties in Pali Hill and Bandra area. Apart from this, he also has a big farm house in Panchgani, Maharashtra. Aamir has also invested heavily in properties in many states of the country including UP. It is estimated that he has property worth about 1862 crores across the country.
Amitabh has bought a flat worth Rs 7 crore in the same building in Borivali where Abhishek had bought six flats for Rs 15 crore. This flat is of 2188 square feet. Both Amitabh and Abhishek have taken flats on the 57th floor of the building. Bachchan has paid stamp duty of Rs 40.72 crore for this flat. Just a few days ago, Amitabh had bought three offices in Andheri area for Rs 60 crore.
