National Health Mission Chhattisgarh gets honor

New Delhi/Raipur, 29 June (HS). Under the Ayushman Bharat, Quality Health Program organized at Vigyan Bhavan New Delhi on Friday, the team of Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub Health Center Sahasa and District Hospital Kondagaon of Balodabazar district of Chhattisgarh was honored in Delhi. It is noteworthy that quality certificates are issued by the Central Health Ministry only to those hospitals which meet the stringent standards of national level and provide quality health services.

Under the leadership of Chhattisgarh's Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, the officers and employees of the Health Department have received this honor by performing exceptionally well and meeting the standards of better health service delivery and hospital services and satisfaction level. During the Ayushman Bharat, Quality Health Program, representatives of all the states receiving the honor were honored by Union Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Anupriya Patel.

Under the guidance of Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department of Chhattisgarh, Manoj Pingua, Mission Director of National Health Mission, Dr. Jagdish Sonkar, Deputy Director Quality Assurance Dr. D.K. Turre, State Program Manager Anand Sahu, Special Duty Officer Dr. Abhyudaya Shakti Tiwari, State Program Manager Urban Health Dr. Pradeep Tandon, State Advisor Ayushman Arogya Mandir Dr. Narendra Sinha, State Advisor Quality Assurance Dr. Vikram Sharma, State Advisor Bridge Program Ankita Tiwari along with officers and employees from the state and districts participated.
