Bhopal, June 27 (HS). After the Lok Sabha elections, the round of transfers has started in Madhya Pradesh. In this sequence, the state government has transferred 14 officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and given them new postings. In this regard, the General Administration Department has issued an order late Thursday night.
According to the order issued, Vinod Kumar, Director General of Administration Academy has been appointed as Director in Tribal Research and Development Institute Bhopal, while Additional Chief Secretary of Forest Department JN Kansotia has been made Director General in Administration Academy. At the same time, Additional Chief Secretary of Agriculture Department Ashok Varnwal has been made Additional Chief Secretary in Forest Department and Principal Secretary of School Education Department Rashmi Arun Shami has been made Principal Secretary in Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department.
Similarly, Inspector General of Registration M Selvendran has been posted as Secretary in the Agriculture Department and Secretary of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department Dr. Sanjay Goyal has been made Secretary in the School Education Department. Managing Director of MP Power Management Company Bhopal Raghuraj M.R. has been appointed Secretary in the Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department. Gwalior Commissioner Dr. Sudam Khade has been posted as Public Relations Commissioner in Bhopal.
Shahdol Division Commissioner Babu Singh Jamod has been given additional charge of Shahdol Division along with Commissioner in Rewa Division, while Commercial Tax Commissioner Swatantra Kumar Singh has been appointed as Director of Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief and Rehabilitation. Water Resources Department Secretary Krishna Gopal Tiwari has been appointed as Commissioner in Narmadapuram Division, Joint Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Khatri has been appointed as Commissioner in Gwalior Division, State Education Centre Director Dhanraju S has been appointed as Commercial Tax Commissioner and Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department Additional Secretary Harjinder Singh has been posted as Director in State Education Centre.
