The same weapon with which Akhilesh Yadav won UP is now ready to be used in this state, BJP's worries will increase

Tejashwi Yadav is preparing to solve the caste equations: In the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has set an example of brilliant social engineering by sharing seats on MY (Muslim + Yadav) in Uttar Pradesh. Now RJD is also seen doing a similar experiment in its organizational structure. Rashtriya Janata Dal did not get the expected victory in the Lok Sabha elections. RJD has definitely increased its vote bank by giving priority to castes by rising above MY in ticket distribution for the Lok Sabha elections. But there is a discussion in political circles that apart from MY at the block and panchayat level, the new faction chosen by RJD's new leader Tejashwi Yadav will perform well in the Bihar Assembly elections 2025. Let us know which are the new classes on which RJD is kind.

New color in RJD's organization at block and district level

The influence of A to Z is being seen in the entire organization of RJD. But it is not completely different from Lalu Yadav's MY (Muslim Yadav), but it definitely seems to be moving a step forward on the philosophy of social justice. The formula of the new leadership of RJD is definitely visible especially in the post of block and district president. The reason for this is RJD's experiment of ensuring 28 percent participation of the most backward class.

In Bihar, the vote of the extremely backward class is basically divided into three parts. It is shared between the country's PM Narendra Modi, CM Nitish Kumar and former CM Lalu Yadav. Before PM Modi, the backward class has been more in support of RJD. Now to regain those votes, RJD has fixed its share in the organization at 28 percent.

RJD spokesperson Chitranjan Gagan said that no party in the country has a reservation system like RJD in its organizational structure. This is RJD supremo Lalu Prasad's party of social justice. People of all religions and castes have faith here. With this new formula, RJD has got 4 seats and Mahagathbandhan has got 9 seats in the current Lok Sabha elections but the vote percentage has also increased. While JDU has lost 3.7% and BJP has lost 3.5%, RJD's votes have increased by about 8%. But its special effect will be seen in Bihar assembly elections, where victory or defeat depends on very few votes.

where there are backward and oppressed classes

According to information received from RJD, a total of 50 organizational district units of RJD are busy making their strategy for the upcoming assembly elections. The 17 districts in which the post of president is reserved for extremely backward people include Vaishali, Muzaffarpur Metropolitan, Madhubani, Darbhanga Metropolitan, Samastipur, Begusarai Metropolitan, Supaul, Saharsa, Purnia, Purnia Metropolitan, Munger, Bhagalpur Metropolitan, Bihasharif Metropolitan, Jehanabad, Patna Metropolitan.

Navgachhia, Arwal, Kaimur, Nalanda, Araria, Siwan and Bagaha are reserved for SC-ST. 45 percent of the posts of president in blocks and districts are reserved for extremely backward and SC-ST. If any caste or community is still deprived of a place in RJD, then provision of nominated members has been made to give them proper representation.

Under this, participation of 25% women and minorities, 30% SC-ST and remaining 20% from non-represented sections will be ensured except the primary unit.
