A big update is coming out about South Industry's popular actress Anushka Shetty. Anushka Shetty, who gained immense popularity among Hindi audiences by playing the role of Devasena in 'Bahubali', has been suffering from a rare disease.
Anushka Shetty has made a shocking revelation about her health and said that she is suffering from panic disorder. In this disease, once the actress starts laughing, she is unable to stop her laughter for 15 to 20 minutes. Anushka revealed this in an interview. She told that in medical language this disease is called 'pseudobulbar' effect. Talking about this, the actress said, 'I have a laughing disease. Do you realize that laughing can be a problem? But for me it is. If I try to laugh, I cannot stop myself even for 15 to 20 minutes. While watching or shooting a comedy scene, while shooting a laughter scene, I start laughing loudly. 'Sometimes when this happens, the shooting has to be stopped.'
It is a neurological disorder in which the affected person cannot control his laughing, crying and sometimes even other emotions. These emotions have nothing to do with the actual condition of the patient. Because its symptoms are related to emotional and brain dysfunction, it is considered a neuropsychiatric disease.
According to experts, taking deep and slow breaths and focusing your mind on something else can help when this happens. Relaxing the muscles around the shoulders, neck and chest can also help. Anushka was last seen in the romantic comedy 'Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty'. This year, two of her films 'Ghaati' and 'Kathnaar' are going to be released. Anushka made her debut as an actress in the year 2005 with the Telugu film 'Super'. She has not worked in any Bollywood film till now.
