How to make Surti Mysore Masala Bhaji Dosa
step 1
Firstly, wash rice and urad dal and soak them in water for 8 hours, then add some water in the mixer and prepare the batter.
Step-2
Now add garlic, whole red chillies, salt and some water in the same mixer jar and grind it.
Step-3 –
Now heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger-chilli paste and fry it, add green garlic-onion, tomato puree and mix it.
Step-4
Now add cumin, onion, tomato, sweet neem, turmeric and mashed boiled potatoes, add salt, lemon juice, coriander water, mix and cook well.
Step-5 –
