Father-in-law committed theft in the house, daughter-in-law filed a case

Palwal, June 26 (HS). A case of theft in a house in the city's New Colony has come to light by cutting the gate with a cutter and breaking the locks of the inner doors. The woman has accused her father-in-law's friend of committing theft as part of a conspiracy. It is alleged that the accused want to forcibly occupy her house. On the order of the SP, the Camp police station has started action by registering a case against 6 people including 2 named accused.

According to the information received, Charu Garg, a resident of New Colony, has said in her complaint to the police that on June 21, her father-in-law Kishan Chand Garg's friend Harendra Singh Tewatia, along with his companions, cut the steel main gate of her house with a cutter. After which, they entered the house, broke the locks inside and stole a gold mangalsutra, 2 rings, earrings and cash from the cupboard kept in the room.

The accused also stole the CCTV installed behind the house and the steel gate worth Rs 4 lakh. It was said in the complaint that a stay has been imposed on this house by the court and this house is disputed and its decision is pending in the court. The woman Charu Garg says that she has possession of both the floors in this house. The woman has pleaded in the complaint that she and her 3 children should be protected from the accused father-in-law Kishan Chand Garg and Harendra Singh Tewatia. The accused want to snatch the possession of my house from me in an illegal manner.

Police investigation officer Shashi Prakash of Camp police station said on Wednesday that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered and action has been initiated. On the order of the SP, a case has been registered against 6 people including 2 named accused and action has been initiated.
