Chief Minister Champai Soren on Wednesday laid the foundation stone, inaugurated and distributed assets for projects worth Rs 383.70 crore at Birsa Munda Mega Sports Complex in Dhanbad. Addressing the program, he said that the Chief Minister's sister-daughter scheme will be launched from next month. Apart from this, youth will be given a loan of up to 25 lakhs and 40 percent grant.

Champai said that BJP did not bring any scheme in the interest of tribals, natives, Dalits. He said that the Mahagathbandhan government gave three times scholarship to every student. Nine lakh daughters were given benefit so that no one remains illiterate. The government provided Guruji Credit Card facility for higher education. Its benefit was given to all sections. He said that every field will be given water through pipeline. Farmers' loan up to two lakhs will be waived.
The Chief Minister said that our government has increased the age of widow pension to 18 years. The double engine government of BJP had closed more than 5000 schools so that the sons and daughters of tribals and natives could not go to school, but our government has started them. Not only this, our government is going to build model schools in every block, which will compete with the schooling of private schools. He said that after waiving 125 units of electricity, now the government will give 200 units of electricity free. All kinds of discrepancies will be removed. The work of construction of 15 thousand kilometers of road has been started in the entire Jharkhand, so that every village can be connected by road.
The Chief Minister said that the condition of rural and urban areas is very pathetic. The Chief Minister's sister-daughter scheme will start from next month and sisters and daughters between 25 to 50 years of age will be given honorarium. Along with this, Abua Health Insurance Scheme of up to 15 lakhs is going to be started. The scheme will start from July. There will be a sub-health center in the panchayat and every medicine will be available there. Jharkhand will be developed keeping in mind all sections.
