Moraiya's Farali Khichdi Recipe
- Take a bowl of moray. Wash it and soak it for five minutes. Take a potato.
- – Now put some ghee, cumin seeds, dried red chillies, a handful of peanuts in the cooker and fry them. – Then add sweet neem leaves, ginger chilli paste and mix.
- – Then add mashed potato, salt and mix it. – Then cook for 3 minutes. – Now add cinnamon and clove powder to it. Then add water extracted from Morya to it. Now wait for 2 minutes.
- – Then add four bowls of water and some curd in it. Close the lid of the cooker and cook on medium flame till four whistles. So your Moraiani Khichdi is ready.
