Sikar, June 25 (HS). The two-day State General Council Convention of Rajasthan Teachers' Union National concluded at Bijoli Dholpur. The main speaker of the convention, Nimbaram, said that in the last decade, the feeling of Swadeshi awakening has intensified in the country. Due to the age-old Sanatani tradition and the good character of the countrymen, India has a pride which is accepted by the whole world. When India proposed Yoga Day, it was accepted unanimously by the United Nations. This makes us feel like a world leader. India is still a world leader. The G-20 conference was held in India, the theme of which was Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. In the introduction session of the heads of state, there were pictures of the ruins of Nalanda University in the background, which gave the world information about the great university. The world came to know how the fanatic invaders destroyed such a glorious and prosperous university.

State General Secretary Mahendra Kumar Lakhara said that the main speaker of the convention Nimbaram said that today there are workers of Rajasthan Teachers Association (National) in more than 72 thousand government schools in Rajasthan. We are known for our thoughts, views and unique identity. India of 2047 i.e. the time till the completion of 100 years of independence is the Amrit Kaal of the country. The government has given the idea of ​​Panch Pran which includes the subjects of self-realization, environmental protection, social harmony, civic duty and family management. We have to bring new awakening in the country. We have to develop qualities like self-reliance, self-respect and skill development in the students. Students of rural areas have to be brought forward by providing them proper guidance.

Addressing the conference, Honorable Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that Rajasthan Teachers' Union (National) is an organization that works keeping in mind the interests of teachers, students and the nation. Rajasthan Teachers' Union National always works in the interest of the nation, society and education. It makes people aware of team spirit, leadership skills and social concerns.

Educated and capable citizens are the basis of the progress of the nation. A teacher is the guide, friend and source of inspiration for his student. Whatever the students learn in school gives direction to their life. Teachers inspire students to become dutiful citizens by inculcating the spirit of nationalism and values ​​in them and play an important role in nation building. The Rajasthan government is also committed to continuous improvement in the field of education. The state government has invited suggestions from teachers in its upcoming budget to further improve the education system. Special emphasis is being laid on strengthening the infrastructure of government schools in the state, setting up smart classrooms and organizing special training programs for teachers. The Chief Minister said that today is the Balidan Diwas of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. His life was completely dedicated to the nation. Dr. Mukherjee resigned from the then cabinet on the Kashmir issue, giving priority to nationalism. He opposed two constitutions and two laws in one country. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee's dream was fulfilled by the successful Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah by removing Article 370.

To provide skill development and employment oriented education to the students, the new education policy 2020 has been implemented in the country under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Today, in the last decade, there are 13 to 21 IIMs in the country, medical colleges have doubled, engineering colleges have tripled. After 2014, many important changes are visible in the country, from security from terrorism and Naxalism to the security of the country's borders. The Rajasthan government is providing free education from KG to PG for talented students of low income group. The government has also taken suggestions from teachers for the upcoming budget. The problems of teachers are the problems of the government. The government will consider them as its problem and will solve them. Today, following the ideals of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, the state government is working to bring forward the person sitting in the last row in the society. Our every work will be in the interest of Rajasthan. On the call of the Prime Minister of the country, all of us must plant a tree in the name of our mother.

Education Minister Madan Dilawar said that our teachers, who are the nation builders, work to give good citizens. We should present ourselves as role models in front of students so that students follow us and become good citizens.

State Organization Minister Ghanshyam said that we are not just a teachers' organization but an educational organization. We talk about education and the entire society. We work in the national interest by refining public opinion, protecting the environment and feeling a sense of duty. The organization is working in 50 districts of the entire state. We feel proud just by the idea of ​​this organization. Ghanshyam also announced the newly elected executive of the organization.

State President Ramesh Chandra Pushkarna said that the previous government left no stone unturned in harassing teachers. Pushkarna put forward various demands including transfer of all cadres including third category, regularization of contract teachers such as Panchayat teachers, Shiksha Karmi, Parateachers, removal of salary anomalies of basic computer instructors, senior computer instructors, Prabodhako and teachers, completion of promotions that were stopped for the last 4 years, restarting the system of mutual transfer, freeing teachers from non-educational work.

State General Secretary Mahendra Kumar Lakhara presented the General Secretary's report and apprised the House of the organization's policies and the various social and educational activities being carried out by the organization. On this occasion, thousands of teachers from all districts of the state participated in the program.

Three proposals were passed in the legislative amendment proposal session of the programme, which included taking permission of the standing committee for purchasing land/building at sub-branch, district or state level by the organisation, forming a committee for new construction at sub-branch, district or state level in the organisation which should be permitted by the standing committee, and also a cluster executive will be nominated at the PEEO level in each sub-branch, in which there will be one convener and two co-conveners, out of which one woman member will be mandatory.

The chief guest of the program was Bhajanlal Sharma, Honorable Chief Minister, Government of Rajasthan, keynote speaker Nimbaram, area campaigner, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Rajasthan region, very special guest Mahendra Kapoor, national organization minister, All India National Educational Federation, special guest Ghanshyam, regional organization minister of All India National Educational Federation Rajasthan and state organization minister, Rajasthan Teachers Union National.

The program was presided over by Madan Dilawar, Education Minister, Government of Rajasthan.
