Umesh Sharma

Hisar, June 25 (HS). The fifth women panchayat was held in Patan village of Nalwa assembly constituency under the leadership of Aam Aadmi Party's state spokesperson Umesh Sharma. All the women participating in the panchayat took an oath to vote in the name of better education.

Addressing the Panchayat organized on Tuesday, Umesh Sharma said that today 70 percent of the children studying in government schools are unable to pass 10th. The children who fail in 9th, 10th are turning towards drugs and commit crimes to fulfill their addiction. This has become such a cycle in which their whole family is getting ruined. He said that the biggest thing is that no one wants to speak on this plight. No one talks about the mother whose child is falling prey to this ruined system. Why is no one demanding education of their children from the leader? This question is being raised in every village through Mahila Panchayat today.

Umesh Sharma appealed to all the people of the village present in the Panchayat that if your children are not getting good education, then you will have to stand up and fight for your rights. This rotten system has to be changed. The people of Delhi and Punjab have made such political change that they have improved the education, health and other facilities in their states and have brightened the future of their children, due to which today the poor children are becoming successful by studying there. All of you will have to bring similar change in Haryana as well.
