- One cup green moong dal
- Two tomatoes finely chopped
- One teaspoon ginger paste
- Desi Ghee
- Salt
- Cumin
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- Asafoetida
- coriander powder
- green chillies finely chopped
- turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chole masala
- Amchur Powder
- chilli powder
- Hot spices

- – First of all wash the moong thoroughly and soak it for half an hour.
- – Then cook in the cooker until one whistle comes. Add salt and turmeric while cooking.
- Then de-air it so that it doesn't overcook.
- – Now put desi ghee in a pan and fry cumin seeds.
- Add asafoetida and ginger paste along with cumin seeds. – Fry on low flame and add finely chopped tomatoes to it.
- – Cook the tomatoes and add spices to it. Add salt, dry mango powder, coriander powder and then add green gram.
- Stir well and turn off the gas flame. Mango curry is ready.
- It can also be served with roti or paratha.
