The doctor advised that while consuming fruits, people should also ensure that they consume only seasonal fruits grown in their nearby states. Many times people start consuming foreign fruits like fruits from America and Russia, which can be harmful to health. In Ayurveda, digestive power is called Agni. If your digestive system is strong then you can consume more fruits at one time. But people with weak digestion are advised to eat fruits in limited quantities.
