Bhopal, June 24 (HS). Swasth Bharat Mission will play an important role in making the lives of the people of the state healthy and better. For the success of this mission, there is a need to promote traditional medicine along with modern medicine. Traditional medicine has proved its usefulness in the society during the Corona crisis.
Higher Education, Technical Education and AYUSH Minister Inder Singh Parmar said this on Monday at the inauguration of a one-day workshop sponsored by the National Homeopathy Commission, New Delhi, on the subject of “Healthcare Practitioner Register of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission” in the auditorium of Pt. Khushilal Sharma Ayurveda Institute. He said that the objective of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) is to provide a comprehensive digital health infrastructure to every citizen of the country, make healthcare affordable and accessible and provide the facility of digital health records of citizens. The goal of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission is to provide a more useful platform in less time by providing treatment facilities for all diseases.
Ayush Minister Parmar appealed that all registered Ayush doctors, health institutions and citizens should register themselves in Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and participate in fulfilling the resolution of a healthy India. This mission will prove to be a milestone in the resolution of making India a “Healthy India, Developed India” by 2047. He said that the state government is working with commitment to uplift traditional medical systems like homeopathy. Providing cheap and best treatment to the common people is the priority of the state government.
Parmar also congratulated for organizing the workshop. He said that the entire state will benefit from organizing workshops. The state government is working with a better action plan for the upliftment of AYUSH medical system, its beneficial results will be seen in the coming time.
MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani said that all medical systems have their own utility, but it is necessary to organize workshops to discuss their effects and side effects. The work of bringing all medical systems together through Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission is commendable. He said that medical systems like homeopathy, Ayurveda are related to our soil.
Nagda-Khachrod MLA and Homeopathy doctor Dr. Tej Bahadur Singh Chauhan said that homeopathy is the cheapest medical system, which is effective in the long term, is accessible and easily available. This system eradicates the abnormal symptoms of diseases from the root. He said that we are determined for the development of homeopathy. Chauhan also talked about the state being represented in the homeopathy medical world at the national level.
Ayush Commissioner Sonali Ponkshe Wayangankar thanked the National Homeopathy Commission, New Delhi for organizing the workshop and said that Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) is an innovative and revolutionary scheme. This will promote all the systems related to AYUSH. She said that we are working strongly in the implementation of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
Out of about 30 thousand registered government and non-government homeopathy doctors of the state, 800 homeopathy doctors participated in the said workshop. On this occasion, Chairman of National Homeopathy Commission Dr. Anil Khurana, Additional Secretary AYUSH Sanjay Mishra, Chairman of Ethics and Registration Board of the Commission Dr. Pinakin N. Trivedi, Secretary of the Commission Dr. Sanjay Gupta and various departmental officers including homeopathy doctors and students from all over the state were present. This workshop was organized under the joint aegis of Government Homeopathy Medical College and Hospital Bhopal and MP State Homeopathy Council. The program was conducted by the college professor Dr. Juhi Gupta and Principal Dr. S.K. Mishra expressed his gratitude.
