Answer sought from NTA and Central Government regarding NEET UG exam result

Jaipur, June 24 (HS). The Rajasthan High Court has asked the NTA and the Central Government to submit their reply by July 10 in the matter related to rigging in the result of NEET UG-2024 examination, the functioning of NTA and giving English medium paper to Hindi medium candidates in Sawai Madhopur. A single bench of vacation judge Ashok Kumar Jain gave this order on the petitions of Tanuja Yadav and others. The court said that the case is to be heard in the Supreme Court on July 8. In such a situation, the NTA and the Central Government should submit their reply in the High Court by July 10.

In the petition, advocate RP Saini said that the paper was given to the petitioner at the examination center half an hour late and was taken away before time. In this way he did not get enough time to solve the paper. Apart from this, many people have been arrested in Bihar for NEET paper leak. Despite this, NTA is not accepting the leak of the exam paper. In such a situation, the exam should be cancelled and the exam should be conducted afresh. On the other hand, in the petition related to giving English medium paper to Hindi medium candidates in Sawai Madhopur, it was said that Hindi candidates were given English medium paper in the examination center of Balika Uchcha Adarsh ​​Vidya Mandir located in Mantown. Despite this, such candidates were not given grace marks. Now the matter of paper leak of this exam has come to light. Therefore, the exam should be cancelled. Hearing on which, the single bench has sought a reply from NTA and the Central Government.
