Experienced and skilled teachers will be deputed in Chief Minister's excellent schools and model schools

Ranchi, June 24 (HS). The process of deputation and posting of experienced and skilled teachers has been started to overcome the shortage of teachers in 80 Chief Minister's Excellent Schools and 325 Block Level Model Schools operating in the state. Teachers can apply for deputation and posting through the e-Vidyavahini web portal from June 25 to 30.

In these schools, teaching is done on the basis of the syllabus prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education. All the schools are recognized by CBSE. In such a situation, with the aim of providing excellent and quality education on the lines of CBSE in these schools, the School Education and Literacy Department of the State Government has given an opportunity to apply to such teachers who are currently working, who have experience of teaching in CBSE, ICSE schools or have completed their education from CBSE, ICSE or other board schools and have excellent educational experience of teaching in English medium schools.

Complete process to apply

To apply, the concerned teacher will have to login on the e-Vidyavahini portal with his/her teacher ID. After this, under the Teacher Activity Section, go to Apply for SOE, BLAV and fill and submit the form. Teachers can apply only against the approved strength in the respective schools on the basis of their own appointment category (primary, upper primary, PGT, TGT) and appointment subject. A teacher will apply for a minimum of three Chief Minister Utkrishta Vidyalayas and five block level Adarsh ​​Vidyalayas on the basis of his/her priority.

Teachers can also apply for schools outside their district on priority basis. The teachers currently employed, deputed and posted in these 80 Mukhyamantri Utkrishta Vidyalayas and 325 Adarsh ​​Vidyalayas can also apply online afresh for service in these schools.

Subject wise data base of working and vacant posts against sanctioned posts will be prepared

Umashankar Singh, Secretary-in-charge of the School Education and Literacy Department, has issued instructions to the District Education Officers and District Education Superintendents of all districts on Monday. It has been said that it is mandatory to prepare a subject-wise database of the working and vacant posts against the sanctioned posts in the 80 Chief Minister Utkrishta Vidyalayas. This database will be created separately for primary, upper primary, secondary and higher secondary schools. Separate lists will also be prepared for teachers of language, arts and science faculty for upper primary schools. Along with this, a list of teachers applying subject-wise for secondary and higher secondary schools will be prepared.

On the basis of the list received from the District Education Officer and District Education Superintendent of all the districts from the respective Director of Primary and Secondary Education, after obtaining approval for the posting of these teachers at the school level from the District Level Secondary Education Establishment Committee and Primary Education Establishment Committee respectively, the teachers will be transferred and deputed in the Chief Minister's Excellent Schools and Block Level Model Schools of the district on the basis of the qualifications of the teachers and the option given by them.
