35 students gave confusing answers, accused Chintu gave clarification

New revelations are being made day by day in the NEET paper leak case. While the EOU is giving clarification on the matter, Chintu Kumar, arrested in the paper leak case, has made important revelations against Bihar Police and EOU. He has revealed the names of some people involved in the NET setting.

Roki used to supply question papers through Chintu

Chintu said that 10-12 copies were printed by Wi-Fi printer for memorizing the question paper and answers for about 35 students at Lord and Play School located at Khemani Chak in Patna. First Biology question paper and answer by Rocky. After this came Physics and finally Chemistry. He further said that Rocky is in direct contact with the mastermind of this case Atul Vats, Anshul Singh and others. His responsibility was to supply the question paper in Bihar through Chintu. Rocky currently runs a restaurant in Ranchi. He is said to be a resident of Nawada district.

EOU raided several places including Ranchi Hazaribagh in Jharkhand last night in search of Rocky. Chintu had also given the NEET question paper to some people of Sanjeev Mukhiya gang so that they could also earn money by setting. Some of his students were also appearing for the exam in Hazaribagh in Jharkhand.

SIM cards were purchased on the basis of fake documents

To execute the entire conspiracy of preparing for NEET, Chintu bought 5 mobile phones and SIM cards from different companies on the basis of fake documents. He used to talk to his customers Nitish Kumar and Amit Anand and others through these numbers. But, when Sikandar and others were caught, they broke the SIM and threw it in NIT Ghat.

CBI has registered an FIR and started investigation

In the NEET-UG case, the entire matter is being investigated by the CBI. An FIR has been registered under sections 20-B (criminal conspiracy) and 420 (fraud). The Bihar and Gujarat governments also issued instructions on Sunday and handed over the NEET-UG paper leak cases registered by their police to the CBI. The five people detained were arrested by Patna Police yesterday from Deoghar in Jharkhand. All the accused are residents of Nalanda. Their names are Baldev Kumar alias Chintu, Mukesh Kumar, Panku Kumar, Rajiv Kumar and Paramjit Singh.
