Jammu, June 23 (HS). A painting competition was organized at Government Middle School, Peer Topa on the theme of Kargil Vijay Diwas. Organized for students between the ages of 6 and 15, the program depicted the commitment and valor of the Indian Army in maintaining peace and instilled the spirit of nationalism in the young generation of the region.
A total of twenty-five students participated in the competition, which encouraged them to strive for excellence and push their creative boundaries. The event provided a platform for students to think differently, explore their creative potential and present unique ideas and concepts through their art.
This initiative was highly appreciated by the local community who recognised the Army's effort to reach out to students in remote areas with limited access to the civil administration. This effort by the Indian Army is expected to go a long way in strengthening the bond of trust between the soldiers and the locals.
The painting competition not only celebrated the bravery and dedication of the Indian Army but also inspired children to develop their artistic skills and foster the spirit of patriotism.
