Six players from Jharkhand included in National Inter-State Senior Athletics Championship

Ranchi, June 22 (HS). The 63rd National Inter-State Senior Athletics Championship is to be organized in Panchkula, Haryana from June 27 to 30 under the joint aegis of the Athletics Association of India, New Delhi and Haryana Athletics Association. For this, a six-member Jharkhand athletics team has been announced, which includes four female and two male players. The officials of the Jharkhand Athletics Association have wished all the athletes good luck for a better performance in the competition.

Women's Section

Sanghamitra Mahatha (Giridih) – 5,000 and 10,000 metres.

Basanti Kumari (West Singhbhum) – 5,000 and 10,000 metres.
