2025 Skoda Octavia facelift has entered the global market, design changes with new features

New Delhi: Skoda Auto has introduced the 2025 Skoda Octavia facelift in the global market. The 2025 Skoda Octavia facelift has been given a mid-life update and will be available in both sedan and estate body styles, depending on the market.

Octavia has been given new features along with many upgrades in both exterior and interior. Some changes have also been made to the performance-oriented Octavia RS and it can be seen in the Indian market soon.

design

The 2025 Skoda Octavia facelift gets an updated front design with a redesigned butterfly grille and a new bumper. The headlamps have been revised and come with new two-element LED DRL signature on matrix LED technology. The new Matrix lights come with adjustable glare-free high beams and standard on the RS version.

The model also gets new alloy wheels ranging from 16-inch to 19-inch depending on the variant. The profile remains the same, while at the rear there are updated LED taillights and a redesigned bumper that gives the model a sharp look.

The cabin of the 2025 Octavia facelift remains largely the same in terms of layout, but it gets a new dual-tone brown and black theme with brushed silver accents. The big change is a new 13-inch floating touchscreen infotainment screen on top trims (10-inch on lower trims), while a 10-inch digital instrument console with dual-zone automatic climate control is now standard across the range.

The new Octavia also gets wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ambient lighting, electrically adjustable front seats with heating and ventilation, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging and a premium sound system.The big update is that ChatGPIT has been integrated with the infotainment system of the Octavia facelift. The safety features list includes multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, ISOFIX anchorages and AIDS suite.

engine

The 2025 Skoda Octavia will come with a range of petrol and diesel engine options globally. This includes 1.5-litre turbo petrol, 2.0-litre turbo petrol and 2.0-litre turbo diesel. The 1.0-litre petrol has been dropped, while there's no sign of a plug-in hybrid at the moment. All models send power to the front wheels, with all-wheel drive versions available. The Octavia RS has also been upgraded with a 2.0-litre TSI.
