  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits
  • 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder

  • – First of all, put a cup of milk on the gas for boiling.
  • When the milk starts boiling, add cardamom powder and saffron to it.
  • – When the milk starts thickening, add sugar to it.
  • – Then add dry fruits in it and let it boil for two minutes and then turn off the gas.
  • – Now put a cup of milk on medium flame. – Add milk powder and sugar in it.
  • – When the milk starts turning black, add ghee.
  • – Then turn off the gas. – Now apply ghee on the palm and take this mixture in the hand and give it a round shape like Rasmalai.
  • Apply the sticky mixture on this ball. So, Rasmalai is ready.
