How to make Mango Sabzi

- – Once it is fried, add chopped tomatoes to it, then add salt. Mix everything well. Then let it rise for some time. – Now add a well washed mug to it.
- – Now add two and a half bowls of water in the cooker. – Add two teaspoons of red chili powder. – After the mug is cooked, turn off the gas.
- – Now for tempering, put oil in a small pan, add asafoetida and chopped garlic and fry it, then add Kasuri Methi, red chili powder and add some water.
- – Then add garam masala. After boiling, add this paste to the vegetables and mix. – Then add coriander on top. So your mango curry is ready.
