Ramgarh, June 21 (HS). If you wish for a healthy body and mind, then include yoga in your habit. It keeps both your body and mind energetic. DC Chandan Kumar said this during a program organized at Sidhu-Kanhu ground on the occasion of the tenth International Yoga Day. The program organized under the joint aegis of Namami Gange Yojana and District Ayush Committee was inaugurated by DC Chandan Kumar, SP Dr. Bimal Kumar and other officials by jointly lighting the lamp. During this, everyone was informed about different types of yoga and their benefits. On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police wished everyone a happy tenth International Yoga Day and appealed to include yoga in your daily habit and benefit from it.

To keep women healthy, it is important to keep them healthy

DC Chandan Kumar said that the theme of women empowerment has been given on Yoga Day. Today there are many women officers present in the district who are doing yoga themselves and are also encouraging people to do yoga to stay healthy. Apart from this, yoga is also being done by various social organizations of the district in which a large number of women are involved. He said that if we want to keep half the population of the country healthy, then it is very important to keep them healthy. The woman who empowers her family and society also has to be kept physically and mentally healthy.
