The 6 apartments were spread over a total area of 4,894 square feet and were sold at Rs 31,498 per square foot. The sale agreement was signed on May 5, 2024.
The 6 apartments bought by Abhishek Bachchan are on the 57th floor of a high-rise building located near Western Express Highway (WEH) in Borivali East and these 6 flats come with 10 car parking. According to the registration documents, the first apartment has a carpet area of 1,101 sq ft and was bought for Rs 3.42 crore. The second and third apartments with an area of 252 sq ft were priced at Rs 79 lakh. The fourth and fifth apartments with carpet area of 1,101 sq ft and 1,094 sq ft were priced at Rs 3.52 crore and sold for Rs 3.39 crore. The sixth apartment was also priced at Rs 3.39 crore.
