How to do Surya Namaskar?
Pranamasana – Stand with both feet together in prayer pose. Now inhale deeply and exhale and join both hands together and start. While in namaskar pose, raise the arms upwards and move the body and both arms backwards.
Hastuttanasana- Then take both hands forward and stand straight. Then touch the ground with both hands and keep your knees straight.
Padhastasan- Now bend the right knee and take the leg backwards. Lift the neck upwards for a while and then stay in this posture.
Ashwasanchalasana- Now move the left leg backwards along with the right leg. In this, join the heels of both the legs and bring the body into a pushup posture.
Ashtanganamaskarasana- For this, lie down on the floor on your stomach. Meanwhile, touch all the body parts from chest to knees to the ground. Then inhale and exhale.
Bhujangasana- Now place both palms on the ground and lift the neck upwards. Take the head back as far as possible. Focus on your breathing.
Mountain pose- Now to do this asana, lift the body upwards. Place your hands and feet on the ground and lift your body above the waist.
Dakshina Ashwa Sanchalanasana- While doing this yoga asana, bend the left knee and take the right knee backwards. Keep your head up while doing this.
Padhastasan- Stand straight. Keep your back straight and try to touch your feet with both hands.
Hast Utthanasana- Stand straight with both hands folded. Bring both feet together. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Tadasana- Now stand straight and bring both hands down. Take a deep breath and exhale.
