Ferozepur : Officers and employees of various departments should ensure their presence in the offices on time so that people coming to get their work done in government departments do not face any kind of problem. This was expressed by MLA of Firozpur Urban constituency Ranbir Singh Bhullar during a surprise inspection of various government offices in the district administrative complex.
MLA Ranbir Singh Bhullar said that all types of services have been fixed by the Punjab government and due to the absence of officers and employees in the offices, the common people have to face problems. He said that the absence of officers/employees in government offices will not be tolerated under any circumstances and in this regard, he will soon hold a meeting with the Deputy Commissioner and top officials of other offices.
He said that the Aam Aadmi Party government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is committed to providing transparent and corruption-free administration to the people and our government is working under zero tolerance policy on corruption. He said that the government is fulfilling the long pending demands of government employees and it is the duty of government employees to remain disciplined and perform their duties with honesty and dedication and people should not face any kind of problem.
