According to reports, on February 23, Smita Bhardwaj has sought help from the Family Court of Mumbai to sell Nitish's property. He has demanded money for divorce. Smita has also alleged that despite the court order, Nitish is not giving even a single rupee for the upkeep of the girls, while he has been ordered to give Rs 10,000 per month for the expenses of his daughters.
