Shivpuri, 24 February (HS). When Child Commission member Dr. Nivedita Sharma and Education Department officials conducted a raid in the hostel of SNV Public School in Maniyar area of Shivpuri on Saturday, no documents related to the operation of the hostel were found. Apart from this, the rooms made for children were in disarray. During the sudden disappearance of the children, some bags, bedding and rotis of the children were found here, which raised suspicion that the children had been removed from here in a hurry. When the manager and principal of this SNV Public School and another person running the hostel were asked, they could not give any correct answer about the children. Even after asking for documents related to school recognition and hostel related activities, the commission team could not show the documents. Later, the Commission team called the District Education Officer and the DPC of the State Education Center on the spot and instructed them to shield this hostel but there was a long debate and controversy. During this, the Child Commission team also raised questions on the functioning of the local education department officials. Child Commission member Dr. Nivedita Sharma said that hostels are being operated illegally in Shivpuri district for which no permission has been taken. Apart from the rules of the Education Department, JJ Act is being violated here. He has instructed the local authorities to take action in this matter. Apart from this, the Children's Commission will take legal action in this matter.

When the complaint of illegally running hostel came to light, Madhya Pradesh Child Protection Commission member Dr. Nivedita Sharma along with her team raided the place but the news of the raid got leaked. Even before this raid, the children living here were disappeared. The hostel management hurriedly made the children disappear before the team arrived. The Child Commission team had information that 50 children lived here. The Child Commission team had information that an illegal hostel was being run in the building above SNV Public School in Maniyar. Only after this information, the Child Commission team along with the officials of the Education Department raided here, but due to the news of the raid being leaked, the children were not found but the material related to the stay of the children was definitely found in the hostel.
Madrasa raided in Badarwas-
Dr. Nivedita Sharma, a member of the team of Madhya Pradesh Child Commission, along with officials of the Education Department, also raided Badarwas after receiving information about an illegally running Madrasa. During the raid, a register of 17 children was found in this madrassa, but when the administrators were asked about the whereabouts of the children, they told that the children had gone to their homes. He could not provide any documents related to operations. In this case also, the Child Commission team has given instructions to the Education Department officials to take action against the concerned Madrasa.
